Body Sculpture as a Company specialises in the experience of having a mould taken directly from one’s own body or bodies together to create a beautiful original piece of fine art. Body Sculpture was founded 10 years ago by Ken Clarke renowned to be the best lifecaster in the world with 40 years experience working in the International Film Industry. Ken’s moulding and casting abilities have been seen around the world on many big blockbuster movies with Steven Spielberg and George Lucas. Movies such as the “Star Wars” trilogy and all the”Indiana Jones” with Harrison Ford far too many to list. Ken’s areas of working are within Special Effects, Animatronics, Creatures, Wardrobe, Prop Making, Sculpture and Body Moulding.
The make-up department over the years has taught Ken skills which he now applies to lifecasting. This required him to take moulds off human beings such as Film stars, top models and TV stars for manufacturing of body parts for the film & TV industry. Our Company “Body Sculpture” now takes private commissions from individuals for the more creative and open minded.
Ken’s speciality is casting human form from art nude through to sensual to erotic. If you can think it we can produce it to create a fine piece of sculpture whether it is self standing or wall hung. With the help of Jenny his wife and assistant they can mould singly or couples together. They will listen to your brief no matter how erotic and create a sculpture to treasure forever.
They will guarantee there is no gift like it so totally unique and original. Our lifecasting studio is designed for privacy and the models comfort. The client is encouraged to bring along their spouse or friend to the modelling sessions to observe or to take photos. The products we use are natural and non-toxic. Our process is quick most moulds take less than 30 minutes to complete and remove from the client. The completed sculpture is then ready for collection 2-3 weeks later.
Our commissions range from £50 to hundreds of pounds depending on your choice. We can also work to the client’s budget depending on their brief. We also carry a large stock of sculptures for sale in our gallery. There is much to see from lifecasting to quarter and half scale statues.
Ken is a familiar face to Erotica having exhibited at all the annual shows from 1997. Here you will find him demonstrating his skills to mesmerised onlookers while he is taking a mould from a models breast to demonstrate the history and skills of lifecasting.
